Best Thanksgiving Stories and Recipes...mmm...turkey day! 2 days away!

Mmmmm...I love the smell of fall (leaves, smoke in the fire (not always in Cali :) ) - but in NJ, for sure...pumpkin pie candles and such. I am still thinking of good stories...I am most excited about having turkey and stuffing and gravy again because I've been a vegetarian for the last 7 years...just started eating meat again in May! My body is not transitioning well...but I want me some turkey...nom nom nom!

I do have an awesome sweet potato casserole recipe (not light or low fat)to share...It's the BEST!

I am volunteering this Thanksgiving (Wednesday, they are having a potato peeling/mashed potato making party) at 6pm.  You can even hangout over night - whoa!
